Saturday

"We had our tests again today.  I did O.K. again
I got a letter from Sweet and Betty Watson again.  Boy that gal was mad I guess.  But darn it, I wrote her a nice letter.  But nuts to her.  She must think that she is somebody.  Betty sure is different than anyone else I've known.  She is polite kind and sweet.  What else could a guy ask for in a girl.
I had prison guard for supper tonight, then Jay and Stone and I went to the show, and saw, "The United."  It was good.  Then I mustered and came back and wrote Sweet and washed my dungarees and hit the sack."
