Sunday
"I had to get up at 6:00 as usual, but went back to bed at 8:00 and slept till noon. Then got up and went to chow. After chow I wrote a letter to Mom and started one to Sweet. Washed a mess of clothes and then went to chow and a show with Jay. The show was "Spider Women," with Sherlock Holms. After the show I finished the letter to Sweet and hit the sack.
I saw a shooting star last night coming back from liberty. It was real plain and streaked about 90 degrees."
